Since 2012, petrostudio has been tasked by i4D Event Services to spearhead the Attendee Experience in design of HP Discover and, come 2015 when "HP" split into Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP, Inc, aide in the redesign of the event brand for the new HP Discover.

In December, 2015, the new company's brand was first put to the test on a grand level with the first event in London, UK. Working with other agencies such as No Filter Creative, Siegel+Gale, BBD&O, Sparks and Freeman, i4D was responsible for every aspect of show production, and petrostudio designed and/or managed every piece of printed material for the show, averaging around 3500+ individually-designed pieces.

For the June 2025 event, HPE went through a company-wide rebrand, which petrostudio and team successfully executed without any leak or breach before the grand reveal, a week before the event. With an event that is very familiar but also changing, evolving and growing (upwards of 15K people attend) not only is a heavy part of our role design and production, but management, documentation, pre-event support, and much more. petrostudio continues to evolve processes, improve team efficiencies and workflows, and create multiple levels of documentation for the wider Event Team.

Working overseas provides specific challenges, but petrostudio, in concert with many trusted partners and vendors vendors, has been integral to ensuring the continued success of the event, which won the Event Marketer EX Award in 2016 and again in 2025. HPE Discover returned to London in 2016 and Madrid for 2017 and 2018. Additionally, starting in 2022 in Frankfurt, the event has returned to Barcelona from 2023 to 2025. We have consistently been involved in the Las Vegas event, as well, from 2015–2025.

In addition, petrostudio has continued to support HPE in a variety of additional corporate and public events.

‍petrostudio not only in responsible for design and design supervision, template creation and design management, but presentation production and support. We also provide in-person support, both pre-event and onsite, to ensure that the planning and production of all elements meets color and print standards, and has been integral in supporting the success of a rapidly-expanding design and management team, as well as event strategy and support.
